you specialise in?

We focus on C-Suite and board-level appointments across AI, Tech, Cybersecurity, Life Sciences, and digital transformation. This means CAIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, CROs, and senior director roles that carry real weight. We also cover fractional and interim leadership for businesses that need proven expertise without a permanent headcount commitment.

3. How do your fees work?

We work on a container/retingency model. There’s an upfront engagement fee that secures our full focus on your search, followed by an agreed placement fee on completion. We don’t do pure contingency for senior appointments as it doesn’t allow us to apply the rigour and relationship-depth these searches require. Every retained search includes a 90-day replacement guarantee.
