• Our solution is designed to assist your employer in finding you a new project.

In regards to ConsultantBox - you currently have two choices;

• You register yourself and fill out the details in person or....
• You can get your SAP Staffing Manager to open a free 'company account' and add your details under the company name,

If you choose option one and register yourself, you can;

• Create awareness of your next or upcoming availability date - so you can assist your Staffing Manager to keep you working - ideally without too many breaks in between projects.
• Build your SAP skills map - You decide how your SAP skills should be described, promoting your strengths and what you are good at, including any industry experiences, certifications etc
• Show your current geographical location - most people prefer a local project - this is an easy way to show where you ideally would like to work, raising the chances of getting offers of those illusive local projects.
• Show your travel preferences - local, national and/or international - tell people if you are happy to travel - you might get a chance of taking your family off to your dream destination or simply just a chance to see the world, its up to you
• Show your language skills - as this is a global community - languages are more and more important - so show them off!
• Show your passport/visa situation - no personal details - simply put, show which passport (by country) you hold, along with any work visas you may have this provides a quick overview of your ability to work abroad, for clients specifically in need of consultants with certain types of visas and/or passports.
• Get seen by SAP project owners immediately - as soon as you have filled in your profile - voila! You are visible for every customer to see.

If you choose option two and have your staffing manager register for you:

The staffing manager will be able to open an account for free.

• Will be able to add your availability, SAP and language skills, location etc on your behalf
• Once this is done, you are instantly listed (anonymously) on the site
• When one of our clients wants to have more information we will contact your staffing manager and start the process, the manager will keep control of which companies they are prepared to work with at all times.
• By opening an account your manager also has the ability to invite his/her counterparts in other countries therefore also create awareness within your company not just locally, but nationally as well as internationally.
• By inviting to the other offices to join under their company account, they will also be able to add their consultants to raise awareness for them also, therefore creating a company intranet.
