Q1: Describe your ideal SAP role?
I started with answering the 5th question first and moved upwards :-), but I find now that my ideal role in SAP would be the crux from the answers to the questions below.
In nutshell an ideal role in SAP would be a role where in every evening I look forward to come to work the next morning! A role which lets me maintain a good work-life balance; wherein I do not feel awkward even if I need to go out of my way for my work.
Q2: Which role would suit you best - a manager, team member or soloist? Please explain why?
Team member/Lead/Manager- I am an excellent team worker, who has an abiliy to lead a team as well, and when given a chance to lead the team officially (I say this because I have lead a team before as well, but it was more of a mentor role) I am sure i'll gradually transform into a wonderful manager. A manager is one of the key person responsible for the success of an activity/a project or even an organization. For an employee his/her manager is The Face of the organization the employee is working with. This may be a simple thought, but it's hardly understood and implemented.
Q3: What are your greatest strengths when working in SAP?
I am passionate about my work in SAP's cutting edge technology. I love to help out colleagues/client with their work related issues which come under my scope of work, and at times I also love go out of my way to assist them.
Q4: Use 5 words to describe yourself - keep it clean :-)
Focussed [It's different from Determined :-)]
Q5: What motivates you to excel at work?
Learning and growth- While I work, and face issues I learn to resolve them, and in the process while I interact with people around, I learn from them as well and tis adds to my overall growth, professionally!
