Q1: Describe your ideal SAP role?
Middle to Senior level management overseeing a team of consultants on a migration project.
Q2: Which role would suit you best - a manager, team member or soloist? Please explain why?
Manager/Team member - I'm a social person and so like working in a team. I have been part of many project teams and so possess a great deal of experience. In a management capacity I balance getting my hands dirty and letting team members get on with it well.
Q3: What are your greatest strengths when working in SAP?
My experience. Additionally coming from a technical background, if there is something I do not grasp, being able to go deeper allows me to gain a deeper understanding of how everything fits together.

Q5: What motivates you to excel at work?
I would be lying if I didn't say financial gain was at play, so that has a role. I would like to think that a desire to be the best I can be is the major driving force.
