Being a team member in a well-structured and well-managed project where people are determined to deliver excellence.
Q2: Which role would suit you best - a manager, team member or soloist? Please explain why?
A team member role suits me best. SAP projects have become quite complex nowadays, with all new products, and technical work has become very challenging. The need for experienced and well-versed consultants is imperative. Being a member of a team gives me the advantage to unveil my skills, and my determination and commitment ensures that I will deliver excellent results in a structured and well organized project.
Although the most suitable role for me is a team member, I would also be very good as a soloist whenever this is needed - even if already being a team member. There are numerous cases where something has to be done outside of a general project scope. In such cases I can definitely "dive in" and do the job.
