Q1: Describe your ideal SAP role?
Leading or designing complex projects.
Q2: Which role would suit you best - a manager, team member or soloist? Please explain why?
I am best in the role as a leader whether that is around design, project or direct team management.
Q3: What are your greatest strengths when working in SAP?
I try to listen to the client and understand their requirement and not come in with solutions.
I work in their best interest and make sure the rest of the team knows that standard is expected of them too.
The client has a way of working, who am I to judge, it's their rules and I'm the guest.

Consultant comes from the Latin - consultare "to discuss". Nowhere does is say "to assume" or to "talk over them"
Q4: Use 5 words to describe yourself - keep it clean :-)
Honest, advocate, learner, listener, doer
Q5: What motivates you to excel at work?
Seeing results the client has asked for
