Managing SAP FI team to streamline business processes and deliver full power of SAP solution to the customer
Q2: Which role would suit you best - a manager, team member or soloist? Please explain why?
I have tried all combinations, working as a part of team managed by experienced SAP expert aswell soloing and delivering the whole solution myself.
According to my current experience I think I can be of help to junior coleagues and act as double player, team leader and teacher in the same time.
Q3: What are your greatest strengths when working in SAP?
I have significant business background through running my own bookkeeping agency for more than 10 years. Since we had clients from different industries, I have learned all the differences between financials among different business types. I have ability to independently produce financial statements in different types of business with experience of more than 200 Annual statements produced as owner of bookkeeping agency.

Q5: What motivates you to excel at work?
Every project is completely new story, new people, new problems, new ideas and new solution.
